Job Title: In Charge Liability & Branch Operations

Job Location: Head Office

Position Summary:

Oversee and ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient branch operations, including deposit services, loan processing, document management, and talent retention, while maintaining high standards of customer service and regulatory adherence
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth, prompt and error-free functioning of the day-to-day Deposit operations (such as account opening, payment, account renewal), services as per customer’s requirements.
• Supervise and monitor branch operations employees to ensure seamless customer services, including deposit account opening, payment etc.
• Ensure loan documentation and disbursement through the branch network for related retail and business finance clients in collaboration with internal operations teams in full compliance with the internal processes and external regulatory requirements.
• Reconciliation of all receipt and payments within the branch network.
• Ensure compliance as per internal and regulatory policy framework and accountable for satisfactory audit rating of operations.

Education & Experience Requirements:

• BBA/ MBA degree from any reputed university with satisfactory academic track record.
• At least 7 year(s)

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 7-10 years' experience on General Banking experience (such as management of Deposit products, clearing house, bills, account opening, security instrument handling, customer service) in any Bank/FI.

Position Summary: Lead a team and achieve set targets of deposits/ liability and maintain a sound business relationship with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers and sale deposit/ liability Products through managing a sales force within a region.
• Achieve monthly/ yearly sales target of deposits/ liability.
• Supervise, monitor and effectively manage the sales force of a region and measure their productivity and performance.
• Ensure team building, team development, motivation and performance management of assigned team members.
• Ensure that business risks and controls are well managed.
• Maintain close liaison and coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure extraordinary customer experience for both existing and potential customers.
