• Copy of NID  (applicant’s and guarantors)
• Photographs (applicant’s and guarantors)
• Utility bill copy
• E-Tin

Income Document :

1.If you are Employed

• Employment Certificate
• Latest Salary Slip/ Salary Certificate showing all deductions.
• Bio-Data/ C.V.
• Bank statements for last 12 months

2. If you are Self- Employed [Business Person]

• Trade License of the business
• Copies of individual income-tax returns and assessment orders for the last three years along with the statement of income
• Profit and Loss Account and Balance Sheet of your business for last three years
• A note giving information on the nature of your business/ profession, form of organization, clients, suppliers etc.
• Bank statements for last 12 months

Other Income Documents:

• Copies of Ownership Document & Rental Agreement, if you have rental income
• Copies of Savings Instrument (if any)
• Similar proof of other income

Property Document:

• Documents and agreements related to property ownership

Loan Term and Amount:
Home loan can be availed for up to 25 years and any amount supported by income.Generally, IPDC offers home loan 85% of the property value. The actual term and amount depends on the property value and customer profile.
