Orientation Program
On the 28th and 29th of May, IPDC Finance hosted an orientation program where we introduced our new team members to the IPDC culture, values, and vision. Through various interactive sessions and team-building activities, they gained a deeper understanding of our commitment to financial inclusion and empowering communities which has enabled IPDC Finance to become one of the top NBFIs in the country.
The orientation program was graced by Mr. Rizwan Dawood Shams, Managing Director, and all other management committee members of IPDC Finance. At the program, they all shared their journeys with IPDC Finance to encourage and inspire the new employees to not only enable them to reach their true potential but also reach new heights of success in their respective careers.
