Mr. Munshi Abdul Ahad is a Nominated Director by the Government in the Board of IPDC Finance PLC. and also member of both Board Executive Committee & Risk Management Committee. He is presently serving as Additional Secretary at the Finance Division, Ministry of Finance. Mr. Ahad has played pivotal role in wide range of government positions in his long career for more than 31 years. Mr. Ahad has worked on different Project funded by the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, Food and Agricultural Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and the Government of Bangladesh. Mr. Ahad is serving Bangladesh Civil Service since 1995 and contributed through his dynamic capacities within the Department of Agricultural Marketing, Ministry of Agriculture, Statistics Division of the Ministry of Planning, Directorate of Consumer Rights Protection of Ministry of Commerce and Finance Division of Ministry of Finance. Within the Finance Division, he has navigated the Macroeconomic wing, Budget and Planning wing, Administration and Coordination wing, Implementation wing, and Expenditure Management wing by showcasing his Versatility, Passion and Dedication.

Ms. Ahad completed his B.Com. (Hons.) and M.Com. both in Finance and Banking from University of Dhaka and he has also a Master of Public Affairs in International Economic Relations from Civil Service College of University of Dhaka.
