Mr. Sayeed joined IPDC on 16th October 2016 and appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) on 1st Apr 2022. Prior to the appointment of CHRO, Sayeed worked as Acting CHRO and led the Talent Acquisition & HR operations team. He played a pivotal role during the transformation phase of IPDC by attracting talents within and across the industry, developing talents, transforming HR processes and shaping an engaging working environment within IPDC.

Sayeed has diverse professional background for more than 23 years combining private and public sector. He possesses wide range of progressive career in leadership, instructional assignments, different areas of HR, administration and logistics. Prior to joining IPDC, Sayeed led the HR & Admin team of Mobil Jamuna Lubricants Bangladesh Limited and its subsidiaries & sister concern. He also served in Bangladesh Army for more than 14 years in different capacities both at home & abroad and opted voluntary retirement in the rank of Major. Sayeed was awarded the Chief of Army Staff Gold Medal at the end of 2 years training from Bangladesh Military Academy.

Sayeed completed Master of Business Administration from East West University and Bachelor of Science from Bangladesh Military Academy. He also holds a post graduate diploma in Human Resource Management.
